I already have the first edition of the book so I guess no second edition for me as most of the recipes are the same… Actually, I’ve been making ice-cream non-stop for more than two weeks now, using your fruit ice-cream recipes as that’s what’s in season right now, and they all have turned out delicious! Just ordered your book on Amazon – excited to receive it when it’s released! My husband already bought a new ice cream maker and told me he’s not buying ice cream from the store anymore. Hope there are lots of great recipes that we can make – hope there aren’t too many (or any at all would be fine!) with avocado in them (I’m allergic to it).
