Where are you mixes available?. Great idea but I am unclear where to buy them! Amazon? It seems that EVERYTHINGING is on Amazon! Am I right?
Thank you for such a Herat contribution to my cooking world! Like you I am a fan of eating but not cooking! But eating out it too expensive and easy to prepare food from the supermarket is usually a minefield of very doubtful ingredients!

Does the book have your mix recipes in it as I am in Australia and I doubt you would ship or it would be viable to get it shipped to Australia?

I have been eating Paleo since 2000 – long before it was called Paleo and long before there were recipes to help me through the process!
Now, at 84, I look for ways to make life easier and hours spent in the kitchen less! Kelly, you have hit a home run!!!
I purchased some of your flour mixes to keep me busy while I awaited the books arrival! Brilliant idea!!! Breads are the main thing that I have been unable to make acceptable alternatives! The sandwich bread and the cinnamon raisin are wonderful! Truly the first bread that I have made that is acceptable to my palate!

I purchased this book last week and must say—out of all of the Paleo/GF cookbooks I own, this is by far the most informative, easy-to-follow book in my collection!
I suffer from several food sensitivities and find that following a pretty strict Paleo diet seems to work best for my gut. The biggest struggle I have with cooking ALL of my own meals/snacks is prep and time in the kitchen. But you’ve got some serious time-saving recipes and tips in here that I’ve already put to use. I’m currently in the process of creating a more organized kitchen (more glass, less plastic, more pre-made mixes) and hope to hit the ground running by the end of the year.
Oh, and let me just say that I made your recipe for chicken thighs in the poultry brine last night. Seared ’em up stove top and finished them off in the oven and they are honestly the juiciest most delicious chicken thighs I have ever had. And I cook a whole lotta chicken. I won’t be making them ANY other way—thank you!
